SHIFT Individual

This programme can be truly an individual experience. Build around your personal goals, training environment and experience level. Whether you are training at home with limited equipment or looking to develop a new gymnastic skill this is the plan for you. 

If you are looking to start one of our other programmes, but don’t feel comfortable jumping into a general programme, this will provide a tailored session with extra drill and skill elements to ensure you can make safe and sustainable progress based on your current skill level.

This is a great way for you to get some instant feedback on your programmed sessions, when face to face contact is not possible. Whether you are looking for some advice with a Weightlifting movement or want a kick start to learning a new skill this can be a great way to keep on top of your technique. SHIFT Handstand Skills Pathway

The SHIFT Handstand Skills Pathway is designed to give you a progression from your first time being upside down to free standing balancing.

This will be a very individual process and should be approached with quality and mastery of the movements as the focus. Therefore this pathway will be longer for some than others.  The journey towards the handstand is more of a marathon rather than a sprint and  we advise that you take this pathway at your own pace. 

We have broken this down into three, two week training blocks with each building on the one before. Before you advance to the next block you should be completely comfortable with the themes and positions that you have previously worked through.  

The Pathway will have movement descriptions accompanied with links to videos demonstrated by our coaches.
